# Fees

> View your fee balance and payment history

## Fee Summary

After logging in, go to **Fees** to see:

* **Total fee** — the full fee for your program (for combo/2-year students, this shows the complete 2-year total)
* **Paid** — total amount received so far
* **Balance** — remaining amount due

A green "Fees fully paid" banner appears when the balance reaches zero.

## Installments

If your institute has set an installment schedule, upcoming due dates and amounts appear below the summary. Overdue installments are highlighted.

## Payment Receipts

All recorded payments appear as receipts showing:

* Receipt number
* Amount
* Payment method (Cash / UPI / Cheque / Bank Transfer)
* Date

You can download any receipt as PDF or share it via WhatsApp.

## Making a Payment

Payments are collected by your institute in person. If your institute has a UPI ID, you can pay directly and show the confirmation to the admin for recording.
