Fee Summary

After logging in, go to Fees to see:
  • Total fee — the full fee for your program (for combo/2-year students, this shows the complete 2-year total)
  • Paid — total amount received so far
  • Balance — remaining amount due
A green “Fees fully paid” banner appears when the balance reaches zero.

Installments

If your institute has set an installment schedule, upcoming due dates and amounts appear below the summary. Overdue installments are highlighted.

Payment Receipts

All recorded payments appear as receipts showing:
  • Receipt number
  • Amount
  • Payment method (Cash / UPI / Cheque / Bank Transfer)
  • Date
You can download any receipt as PDF or share it via WhatsApp.

Making a Payment

Payments are collected by your institute in person. If your institute has a UPI ID, you can pay directly and show the confirmation to the admin for recording.
Payments recorded by your institute may take a moment to appear. Contact your institute if a payment is missing from your history.
